Year-end Journaling Prompts for Visionary Women

December is the perfect time to spend time reflecting on your vision and your life.

Use the first set of journaling prompts if you feel like your vision has been unfolding in 2022. Use the second set of questions if you don’t have a vision right now, or if you’re feeling stuck with your vision. Once your vision begins to unfold, work with the first set of questions.

Empowering Your Vision Prompts

1. What is your vision for your life/the world?

2. What did you see happening in 2022 that helped you know there really is a need for your vision to manifest in the world?

3. What was a specific incident in 2022 that helped you know that you and your vision made a difference for someone or something? (a success story)

4.What Divine Signs and synchronicities showed up that helped you know the Universe had your back in helping your vision manifest?

5. What would you like to see happen with your vision in 2023 and why?

6. What help do you need from the Universe in order for this to happen?

7.  How will you feel when you know your vision is manifesting? What will you be doing? Who will you be spending time with?

Visual journaling, or adding images to your journal entries, can take the process deeper.

Uncovering Your Vision Prompts

1. When was a time in your life when you had a vision for your life/the world?

2. What happened that seemed to make the vision fade or disappear?

3.  If you feel blocked around having a vision, what does the block remind you of?

4. Where do you feel the block in your body?

5. If the block had a message for you, what would that be?

6. Ask the block, “How are you trying to serve or help me?”

7. What actions could you take in 2023 to help you get reconnected with your vision?

8. How will your life feel in 2023 if you do nothing to help yourself get unblocked?
